Coaching
Show-Me Running Company offers complete coaching for any runner from beginners to experienced marathoners or ultra marathoners. We offer custom training plans based on the Jack Daniels methodology and services not offered by other trainers such as:
- UNLIMITED access to your coach via text, email or phone
- Workouts logged on the FREE Garmin Clipboard app or via Google Sheets
- Our fee covers the entire training cycle, not a “per month” basis
